Public Participation in the Planning Process

Environment Land Regulations Public Participation - Environment Land Regulations Public Participation in the Planning ProcessThe opinions and concerns of the public are taken very seriously by Resolute Forest Products. Throughout the planning process, input offered both formally and informally is carefully considered.

Public input is a valuable resource during the planning process. Opportunities to learn about our plans, to provide input and to voice concerns are available during five formal public open houses which occur at scheduled intervals during the development of all forest management plans.

In addition to the open houses, informal input is welcome at any time.

For the latest information on Open Houses visit New News.

The Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources has a website that lists the Forest Management Plans for for all the crown forests in the province.
